HCC Life Insurance Company (HCC Life) requires all Brokers/TPAs, whether entities or individuals, that sell, receive a commission or service a contract underwritten by HCC Life to secure the proper state appointment(s). This function is handled by the compliance & licensing department at HCC Life's Corporate Headquarters.
